These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) govern all sales made on the website esthederm.ca operated by NAOS Canada Inc.
By placing an order on this website, you fully accept these GTCS.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 10 business days depending on the region.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 4 to 6 business days
Alberta & British Columbia: 5 to 7 business days
Atlantic Region: 5 to 8 business days
Northern Regions: 6 to 10 business days
Please note that shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, peak periods, and promotional events.

For orders under $75, shipping fees are as follows:

Standard ICS Shipping: 3 to 5 business days — $8
If you select a shipping option, additional tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed.

All delivery timelines are provided in good faith but remain estimates only.

Once shipped, a tracking number may be provided when available.

Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are displayed during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes payable by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

products must be unused,
in their original packaging,
and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an order preparation error or defective product.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If a product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact customer service at:

Liability

Esthederm shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or products sold.

Esthederm’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
