"CLUB MED GETAWAY – AGE PROTEOM" CONTEST

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

 
1. Contest Organizer

The “Club Med Getaway – Age Proteom” contest is held by NAOS Canada Inc. (Institut Esthederm), hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer” (NAOS Canada Inc., 800 Boulevard de Maisonneuve East, Montreal, Quebec, H2L 4L8, CANADA).

 
2. Contest Period

The contest runs from September 1, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. (ET) to October 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). All times refer to Eastern Time.

 
3. Eligibility

This contest is open to any resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Excluded from eligibility are employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, its advertising agencies, partners, and members of their immediate families (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, legal or common-law spouse) or persons residing with any of them.

 
4. How to Enter

4.1 With Purchase

Anyone who purchases one (1) Age Proteom™ Advanced Serum or Advanced Eye Serum product, or the Longevity Routine Set, between September 1 and October 31, 2025, will be automatically entered into the draw.
Limit of one (1) entry per valid purchase. Only one eligible purchase per transaction.

4.2 Without Purchase (No Purchase Necessary)

Individuals wishing to enter without making a purchase may do so by sending an email to marketing.esthederm@ca.naos.com during the contest period with the following information:
• First and last name
• Complete mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• A short text (minimum 50 words) explaining why they would like to discover the Age Proteom range.


Limit: One (1) no-purchase entry per person.

 
5. Prize

Grand Prize (1 winner):
A 7-night stay for 2 adults at one of the following Club Med resorts:

• Club Med Cancún (Mexico)
• Club Med Ixtapa Pacific (Mexico)
• Club Med Punta Cana (Dominican Republic)

Subject to availability at the resort, Club Med reserves the right to determine the destination awarded.

 

The prize includes:
• Round-trip airfare for 2 adults from Canada to the selected destination, offered in partnership with Air Canada
• 7 nights in a standard room
• 3 buffet meals per day, open bar, and snacks
• A selection of land and water sports
• Evening shows and entertainment

 

The prize does not include:
• Optional excursions or personal expenses
• Transfers between the airport and Club Med resort
• Extra-cost services or paid sports activities
• À la carte alcoholic beverages (wines, champagne, spirits)
• Travel insurance

 
6. Specific Conditions for the Stay

• The trip must be taken within one year of the draw date, i.e., before November 30, 2026.
• Blackout periods include: Christmas, New Year’s, February and March school breaks, Easter holiday, and the months of July and August.
• Booking will be confirmed no earlier than 90 days prior to departure, based on contest-dedicated availability.
• The stay is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable. No compensation will be offered in case of cancellation.
• Room category is fixed and cannot be modified.
• The prize cannot be combined with any other Club Med promotion or offer.
• If the winner refuses the prize, no cash alternative or compensation will be provided.

 
7. Draw

The draw will take place during the week of November 4, 2025, at NAOS Canada Inc.'s head office in Montreal (Quebec), from among all eligible entries received.

 
8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

 
9. Prize Awarding

9.1 The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone within 7 business days of the draw.

9.2 If the selected entrant fails to respond within the allotted time or fails to meet the contest requirements, they will be disqualified, and a new draw may be conducted.

9.3 The Organizer will contact the confirmed winner with booking instructions within 4 to 6 weeks following confirmation.

 
10. General Conditions

10.1 Entry Verification – All entries are subject to verification by the Organizer. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent will be disqualified. Anyone attempting to enter in a manner contrary to these official rules, or interfering with the proper conduct of the contest, or whose participation is unfair to other entrants will be disqualified. All decisions made by the Organizer or its representatives, including those regarding eligibility and disqualification, are final and binding. Entries become the property of the Organizer and will not be returned.

10.2 Acceptance of the Prize – All prizes must be accepted as awarded. They are not transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash in whole or in part.

10.3 Number of Prizes/Winners – By entering, each participant acknowledges that the Organizer shall not, under any circumstances, be required to award more prizes than what is stated in these rules. In the event of a mechanical, electronic, human, or other error or malfunction causing more prizes or winners to be declared than are available, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the contest, in whole or in part, without notice, and award only the number of prizes properly drawn from eligible entries received prior to the termination.

10.4 Modifications to the Contest – Without limiting the scope of section 10.3, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend, or terminate the contest, in whole or in part, for any reason, including if an event beyond its control compromises the integrity or proper conduct of the contest, such as a virus, bug, or unauthorized human intervention.

10.5 Release of Liability – By entering or attempting to enter this contest, each entrant agrees to: (i) release and hold harmless the Organizer and its shareholders from any and all claims, damages, demands, actions, or liabilities related to participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize; and (ii) if selected as a potential winner, sign any required declaration and release forms prior to receiving the prize. The Organizer and its shareholders are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, contest website malfunctions, or any other technical issues related to participation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be prosecuted under applicable laws.

10.6 Participant Identity – For the purpose of these rules, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the email account associated with the entry. The prize will be awarded to this person if selected as the winner.
